Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

At Levant Company Pansion, we offer two types of rates. The applicable cancellation and refund conditions depend on the selected rate at the time of booking.

 

 

1. Flexible Rate (Free Cancellation)

 

 

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable, and the full amount will be charged.

 

 

2. Non-refundable Rate

 

 

• This rate offers a discounted price.

• The full amount is charged at the time of booking.

• No refunds are provided in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

 

 

3. No-show

 

 

If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

 

4. Refund Process

 

 

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

 

 

 

 

5. Important Note

 

 

By completing a reservation, the guest agrees to the selected rate conditions and the applicable cancellation policy.
